Band Bio

Well, you already know who Chet is from here, right?

Randy Omdahl has been a student of the drums for the past 30 years. A transplant from the midwest, he blends jazz polyrhythms, funk, and rock beats into a cohesive rhythmic foundation to help define the band’s sound and drive the music forward. Influences like Mitch Mitchell, Ginger Baker, Roger Earl, and Ian Paice can be heard in his playing.

Phil Anderson is a busy, busy bass player in all of the best senses of the word. He’s played with at least half of the local Tucson bands you’ve ever heard of and has lately graced our band with his solid playing. His sterling melodic bass work is reminiscent of Jack Cassidy and Phil Lesh leavened by Phil Anderson and drives the band forward as well as relieving Chet of a lot of Lead Break pressure.
